 We are working diligently to finalize and publish a program that will both interest and educate you. 

 We are proud to announce that Mr. Christopher M. Horton, Esq., will present a 2-hour session on “Florida Design-Build Laws – What You Need to Know”.  This presentation will provide a legislative review specific to Florida design-build projects.  You will learn about procurement, public private partnerships (P3), bid protests, bonding, liens, and payment laws. In addition, he will discuss the future of design-build legislation including new legislation on the horizon and thoughts on where Florida legislatures could further bolster design-build project delivery.
