Chairman
- Attend all Board of Directors Meetings.
- Arrange for appropriate Hospitality suite beverages for members during the Annual Conference.
- Negotiate with the hotel for the best prices available, if applicable.
- Arrange for volunteer hosts/bartenders (Association members) for hospitality suite.
- Coordinate schedule with President regarding any specific requirements.
- Contact prior year's chairman for input and tips.
- Provide information, tips, guidelines, and suggestions regarding any unspecified duties of the officers or committees to the Officers & Committee Chairmen’s Guidelines Editor for inclusion
