FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What are the show times?

The trade show will begin Immediately after the Networking luncheon on Monday, May 14th. Lunch is from 11:45am - 1pm.  The trade show will immediately follow lunch from 1:15pm - 5pm in the Tampa Convention Center.

2. How many attendees do you anticipate?

We expect approximately 250 attendees representing  various agencies throughout Florida.

3.  How is booth space designated?

Booths are assigned on a best available basis in the order that payment is received.

4.  What booth locations are still available?

5. What are the set up times?

Sunday: May 13th 12pm - 5pm

Monday: May 14th 7am - 11am

All set up must be complete by 11am Monday May 14th.

6. What are the set up procedures for the show and who will be in charge of labor support?

The official contractor will be providing you with an exhibitor kit January 31, 2011.  The exhibitor kit will also be available online after January 31, 2011.

7.  Am I able to attend the show if I am not an exhibitor?

 You must be an exhibitor to attend.  No individual badges are sold.

8.  Do exhibitors receive a Conference attendance list?

You will receive the Conference  attendance  mailing list after the Conference is complete. In addition, Exhibitors get the Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials, Inc. membership mailing list of over 800 Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials, Inc. members  prior to the Conference.

9.  Can you provide us with a breakdown of attendees by type of agency?

No, we are unable to estimate the number of attendees from particular types of agencies.

10. Can I get an exhibitor list?
